As stated by renown author and success generator, Jack Canfield, “The Law of Attraction is always in effect, just like gravity. You are creating your reality in every moment of every day.”
If this is your first time hearing about the Law of Attraction, you may be wondering what the heck I’m talking about. Basically, LOA says that you attract the energy that you’re putting out into the universe. Kind of like karma in a sense, what goes around comes back around. If you’re focused on positivity, you will automatically attract positive things into your life – same goes with negativity. Positive attracts positive, negative attracts negative, and the Universe responds enthusiastically through the Law of Attraction. Your thoughts and feelings at any time are basically a request from the Universe for more of the same. Does that make sense? If it doesn’t, that’s okay. This is only the beginning.
You, as a human being, are in charge of your own energy. You have the power to change your thoughts, your habits, your actions, etc. To live your best life, your energy frequencies need to be in tune with what it is that you’re wanting to attract into your life. If you’re looking to attract love and light, your vibrational impact on the Universe needs to be one of love and light. Once you understand LOA, you can learn to intentionally use it to consciously create a better life. You can change the way you respond to situations that arise in your every day life. You can adjust your focus to the things that you want to attract.
Is it simple? Yes. It’s literally as easy as asking for what you want, believing, and receiving it.
Our thought processes are essentially requests, sent to the Universe through our frequencies. Often, our thoughts are scattered and at random. When we learn to be more deliberate about our thoughts and feelings, we can then change the results we see in the world around us. The more we adjust our focus to what we DO want (rather than what we don’t want), the more we will witness manifestation of our dreams and goals.
1. Visualize whatever it is that you’re hoping to achieve/receive. Write it down. Meditate on it. Create a vision board. Set it as the lock screen on your phone, as a way to refocus and access your goals many times a day. Make this your focus, and whenever you’re faced with a difficult situation, consciously change your thoughts from whatever is going wrong to what you wish to see.
2. Believe in your capability. Trust in the fact that you can achieve the goals you’ve set your mind to, then take action.
Wait….you thought you were going to visualize a Ferrari in your driveway and a milli in your bank account, then poof! It would show up out of nowhere without you lifting a thumb? HA. We’re talking LOA, baby, not fairyland. Let’s be real.
Often, we limit our beliefs, which in turn keep us from receiving the abundance and goodness that the Universe has in store for us. You must truly and intentionally believe that you are worthy, capable, and enough – then take actions to create your desired result.
3. Receive what it is that you want by adjusting your vibrations to become a “match” to your desires. Focus on the positive. Think about how you would think and feel and how your life will look when you receive your desired outcome – then practice those feelings. When you’re feeling down, be aware and make a point to change those feelings from negative to positive. YOU ARE IN CONTROL. Practice. The LOA takes time and effort, but when you master it, you can surely expect miracles.
